My passion for hospitality stemmed from our family business in Cadiz, where today, my brother’s restaurant has been awarded two Michelin Stars. Based on my experiences in the business, I decided to study for a Hospitality Management Masters in Glion, Switzerland after completing a Business Administration degree. After my studies, I joined The Fairmont Hotel & Resorts where I had the chance to work in both Switzerland and Mexico. I came back to my beloved Spain for the pre-opening of the first European resort for Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as part of the Food Beverage management team.

Managing various boutique hotels as a leader of the gastronomy-bar department, I started a project with Mandarin Oriental Barcelona to renovate two of the main outlets and supervise the entire operation as F&B Manager.

As of 2015, I joined a world leader in consulting for hospitality quality assurance for EMEA region.
